Book your caterer, florist, DJ/band, and rentals

Book your hair and makeup team

Begin designing your wedding website

Send out save-the-dates, especially for destination weddings



6–8 Months Out

Refine the Details

Shop for bridesmaid dresses and groom’s attire

Schedule your engagement session with your photographer

Plan your honeymoon

Finalize the ceremony outline with your officiant

Begin working on your wedding timeline (with your planner or photographer!)

Choose your invitation suite + paper goods

Design & Décor Decisions

Finalize menu tastings

Order wedding invitations

Confirm your event rentals (linens, tableware, etc.)
